The ascent of Toubkal

Climb to the top of Toubkal (4167m) from the village of Imlil realized in May 2010.
This video is intended to show you the steps to climb to Toubkal from the village of Imlil that is usually reached by car from Marrakech.
From Imlil, we cross the village of Aremd, the mausoleum of Sidi Chamharouch and finally reach the refuges of Toubkal and Mouflon (3200m) where a night is planned.
Refuges depart, very early in the morning, hikes to the summit of Toubkal.
These hikes do not take place in winter, when the snow covers the mountain.
The hikes are organized from the month of May in general, to the melting snow.
These are hikes that are done on foot, without climbing equipment except hiking sticks.
The quality of the video is bad due to the fact that it was filmed with a small Canon camera of the time ...

Je viens de m'abonner à votre compte instagram :) Vous êtes un amateur de voyage c'est super ! Vous avez bien raison. Votre site est très bien fait et complet.
