Saw them in 1985 on "Beat The System Tour 1985" - what a show ! They packed out the downtown San Diego concert venue for 8-10,000 fans. Today, 35 years later our 5 children ages 15-25 all love CHRIST & are Petra fans as well. Everyone should make sure they've seen the excellent Reunion of Petra circa 1985 in the 2011 "Classic Petra" concert filmed - in much better quality - in Trinity Music Hall Nashville. That presentation also has a Petra Documentary.
Leaving PETRA was one of the worst decisions he ever made (for himself). PETRA became massive in popularity (with John Schlitt) and Greg's solo career became less and less significant.
