    I do not agree that the appreciation rate will be that much. They are trying to convince the public so that they can offload their own plots.

    I would request users not to buy LOI at such high prices, buy only possession-ready plots, as from personal experience these property dealers mislead people into buying LOI at exorbitant rates and when gmada refuses or delays possession then buyers are left in lurch, Buy LOI plots at only Govt Circle rate as there is a huge amount of risk involved.

    Excellent advice, invest in top location authority plots in tier 3 cities- huda/puda heart of the city
    Invest in BJP,
    B for Bathinda 40000/yard phase 4,
    Not in Mohali Gmada where 80000
    J for Jind 40000/yard sector 7, not
    Hisar Rohtak where 80000/-yard
    P for Pataudi where 30000/yard
    Not Jhajjar Bahadurgarh as higher
    Panchkula extension 100000/-yard
    Not main Panchkula as to 180000/-
    Shift from DLF phases Gurgaon to Chandigarh central sectors as land boom yet to catch on due court stay regarding floor sales soon separately/ and additional fsi etc.

      Agle 10 saal me bhi Rohtak ka mukabla nhi kar skta Jind
      Haryana ka sabse bada gaam hai Jind or vhan 40000 per gaj k hisab se invest krne ko bolre ho aap
