4:03 a clear demonstration of how Desmond differs from other people. Dude had a shot but that small micro adjustment caused him to lose the fight. while at that time desmond just flicked between two targets and hit his shots while being aim kicked to death
that wasn't just some guy he killed either that was Ghostfreak a respected tarkov streamer who has been playing the game very early on.

since you use the standard keybind for lean: do you have any advice about pressing A+Q or D+E at the same time?
i find it very difficult, do you press both keys with the same finger placing it midway? or is there different technique?
To solve the problem im using lean ON PRESS not ON CONTINOUS, so i toggle it on key tap.
in some ways it is very convenient but it is limiting in other situations.
