SuJu are definitely not your typical Kpop group, they do whatever they want and whatever they suit them the most, if they don't want to dance, they just don't. They don't just follow the trend and force themselves to do complicated choreographies just because everyone else is doing it that way. They want the choreography to suit and to be coherent with the song concept. And the most important thing: they are singers not in a dance academy so they impress us more with their vocals.

I'm pretty sure they don't have a song called "Phonograph" so now I'm dying to know what song you meant 😅 The subunit Super Junior KRY did have a series of concerts called Phonograph in Seoul but that's all I can think of.

I can say that Super Junior do what they want to do. They have their own label, they have control on what they do while other groups still depend largely to their company's decision. I thought I had a favorite Kpop group until I started to get into some of the 1st and 2nd gen groups-I just wanted to be a little familiar. But once I discovered Super Junior and their rich discography, I was hooked! I hope you have a chance to review some of their other MVs, especially as it can be a fun time warp to the past (I knew my affection was real when it survived their late 2000 hairstyles)

Do you already react to the graphic motion dance practice? Well fyi *that is the first ever suju ever realese a dance practice(in proper way, officially by SM)* . We always got the leaked ones :( and bcs suju said they wear like a beggars during practice so they won't upload any. Suju said they has reach the year where company and label wont decide anything for them. They decide themselves what they gonna wear. What concept they'll do. What color of hair they will do. They are already like one of the veteran senior in kpop
Only 8 of the members participated in the choreography for this. Heechul (pink hair, with Shindong doing the dance game) can't dance much any more because of leg injuries he suffered years ago. Super Junior stay so busy in the mv though that most people (who aren't huge fans) don't even notice.
