- Omega Slings Olympus Green .6 first impressions, cold weather test
in this video I will take my first shots with Omega Slings Olympus Green .6. I shot them at 20m, 15m and 10m and they performed fantastic in -8c weather.
I highly reccoment this elastic.

Awesome video brother, great bands, great shooting, and sweet frame!!👍👍👊
It's a fun frame to shoot.
Good shooting ato! Everyone seems to love it, I’ll be giving it a go when it lands in the uk for sure!
I'm sure you will be happy with it.
Check engine light was an awesome touch.
Lol the cold was getting to me. I was much more durable when I had that extra 40lbs. Lol the bands did much better than I did.
Great shooting as always Mark - kudos to you for braving those temperatures to bring us another awesome vid 🤙. I've been out in those sorts of temps in CO and I wouldn't have wanted to be shooting a slingshot👊!
It's not so bad but the wind wears ya down after a bit. I have shot in far worse. We have 5 months of cold so no choice but to get out in it or don't shoot half the year.
Windchill is the killer for sure 🥶
Beautiful frame and the bands look great. Im excited to see how much they speed up in warm weather.
Good seeing you bub!
5k views on your live!
Insane!! 🙏👊🕺🤘
I am sure they are going to be very zippy.
I cut my electric white .7. 24 to 12 i think i heared you say thats what you had yours cut to in a video I watched a while back love the channel appreciate all the information i cant afford to order i like seeing and learning about what i get before i get it and your channel saves alot of us money and time thank you 🤘
In this video I used 24-12 but for 9.5 steel 25-15 is a better taper. Really fast!
@@ATOMark ok thank you so much I'm gunna cut one after work today I'm excited haha
I got cold just watching this. 😆 Nice video and awesome shooting Mark!
Thanks bro. The wind was brutal.
Awesome Mark I can’t wait to get healed up so I can try them! I haven’t been able to shoot since September. Unless you count .177 BBs at 20 ft to keep my skills up. I appreciate ya man!
What happened to you bro?
About 13 years ago, I was in a car accident where I crushed my pelvis and fractured two discs in my neck and one in my lower back..I healed up pretty well as I was in my early 30s, but now the disks I fractured are herniated. I’ve gone through all the steps. Therapy, ablation, shots etc. cause I couldn’t afford to take the time of of work to have the surgery. I’m going to the doc on the 28th to get a plan together. I can shoot .177 BBs with super light bands, but that’s about it.
Cold is understatement
The cold wasn't that bad but it felt like -16 with the wind.
Nice shooting brother 👊🏻
Thanks bro!
😂for a second I thought you fell over 😂
Your a bad ass for shooting in that weather. 👊
Bas ass..... I think the term you are looking for is dumb ass. Lol
The camera went down 4 times, and I had a pouch full of ammo attached to the bottom of the tripod.
What do you use to tie your constrictor knots?
1mm cotton butchers thread! The best I have found!
With what esq league cut With what cut of leagues does that .60 league use and with what ammunition?
I am not entirely sure what your question is but. The taper is 22-12mm. I was useing 8mm steel. The active band length was 125mm.
Where you say pouches are from thank you
Check out Wes Mitchel on Facebook. He makes them.
Awesome shooting brother.
Thanks bro
Great shooting brother! Idk how yall make it up there in that kind of cold lol. The green .6 is definitely one of my favorite bands out there.
Really is good stuff.
Great performance out here in the 70's F°
I bet! It was 17°f here today with the wind it was only 3.2F. Great performance in that kind of cold!
Love the dedication Bro👍
Be well.
Thanks man.
Drill it with the Hulk
Yes sir.
