@@glennwright8355 I had a broken femur and got decent at finger boarding, while healing. There is a huge physical difference, as your hand is bigger than a human to the board and attached to your arm. I understand the need for wax here.
I recommend chapstick for substitute wax.. its conveniently packaged and applys like butter! Don't apply thick, a little goes along way especially outdoors in the sun.

Another cheapish wax is candles and /or wax melts , I just use wax melts after they run out of scent just take the puck of wax out the warmer when cold and u have a decent sized puck of wax now lasts a really long time .Use to do this with candles when the wick was burnt all the way down as well .
I finally got foam grip tape for my fingerboard Edit: Try and play this really good mobile game for helping with first time fingerboarders and it is called Touchgrind Skate 2
I use rubber bands as bushings as preference bc the ones I make work as good as teak bubble bushings, just cut them into small pieces poke hole through and your golden

A hack I do is spray Axe body spray into my wheels and they spin forever
