#49 CORNING NEW YORK GARAGE CONVERSION "CRAZY ISN'T CRAZY ANYMORE !" Episode #4

Welcome to my Corning New York Garage Conversion. I bought 4.6 acres outside of Corning New York. Presently I am converting a small 16x24 foot garage into a home for me to move into as I try to downsize so I can move to Italy/Portugal. Moving completely overseas seemed too daunting to me from an 1857 historic renovation I have been working on for 3 years. So I decided to make my escape via a small garage 30 minutes from where i presently live. It's a great project that is testing my patience and building skills. I do old home renovation not new construction and this project is very complex. Having to deal with Electric, gas, water, internet, sewer lines and I also decided to dig a french drain around the entire property to help with drainage. So as you can see a small project can be quite complex.
There is an old mobile I was going to remove but decided to keep it and restore it down the road. Life can be every changing, chaotic and challenging but no one ever accomplished anything worth while staying in their comfort zone.
So come along with me it'll be FUN...
