- South Devon Railway was filmed during the May Half Term holiday 2011. Much of it was shot around Staverton in South Devon, England featuring the two locomotives running that day, Collett Goods and a Prairie tank.
Here you can see the beauty and tranquility of the Dart Valley. Unfortunately this is occasionaly broken by the sounds of traffic on Devons now busy roads. Gone are the days of horse drawn traffic and the echoing sound of the local train down the valley.
If you ever get the chance to visit Devon then try and take a ride on this wonderful line.
