nedbank "fraud" division was the fraudsters

my relative was called by a Nedbank Fraud divison telling her money was deducted from her credit card. a case no were opened.. that was the fraudsters themselfs phoning her.. please make sure you rather phone the bank and dont trust any bank employee or impersonator
