Hey, guys! *Just so you know - this is not a memory_pool_budget.csv "hack". This thing is legit.* However, here is about the "memory hack" that was hyped all over TH-cam (spoiler - I tried to delete the file and nothing happened): CD Project Red made a statement about memory_pool_budget.csv. They say that it's a leftover from the development stage and the performance difference that people might see is only related to restarting the game. Nevertheless, Cyberpunk uses a very small amount of RAM for the modern AAA game (4.4GB from 32GB in my case), and ~5GB of VRAM. I don't know what they are tried to achieve optimizing it this way, most likely they pursued easy compatibility with all possible consoles, but for the modern gaming PC, which has 16GB of RAM on average, this is not a good thing. So, generally, the community was digging in the right direction but possibly was subject to the placebo effect with that "memory hack".
First checked out your EZ Optimizer, and then noticed you had another vid. Running Ryzen 5 2600 myself, w/ a NVidia 1070. Definitely helped, though seems to be to a much lesser extent at a consistent 10-15fps more. That being said, my basic Graphics settings might not be optimized. Regardless, thanks a ton!! Been loving the game so far, but even a little frame boost is wonderful~

@@denzguir567 just modify the .exe file in the local folder, since regardless trough what app you are starting the game, it still calls the .exe file to start it.
@@EZPCTECH it can't find the string 75 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08 with HEX-values. Only the first 4 match: 75 30, all the other digits behind that are different than the string in your video. Any solution?
I can't tell, since I'm not a developer of the Cyberpunk. I assume that in on of the next updates they just going to replace the file, so there should be no issues whatsoever.
*You mean, why it's not 100%? Well, I know. Because you are restricted by GPU, so whenever the GPU is 99-100% loaded, CPU has nothing to do except rendering those limited frames that were sent to it from GPU.*

Problem is woth the copy paste links in the description tried a different videos in their info and it worked fine I would check your lines you're telling people to copy paste
@@greasewindu445 then why it works for everyone else? The string that you have to search is the only one that responsible for muli-threading, it couldn't be anything else. I used the same string on my PC and it works perfectly.

The thing is, that the string that you have to search couldn't be different. You have to search for the one that starts from 75 and use HEX search. IDK, maybe you copied it with spaces or used the wrong string, but it works perfectly, I checked it just now once again. Can you, please, send me a string that worked for you?

It doesn't touch CPU in any way, this is not OC or anything else. CPU runs in its basic state that manufacturer considers to be a normal operation*
@@EZPCTECH Thanks! I try it now with my 1950x and get very strange results. It solved very low frame rates in jig-jig street but giving a lower overall frame rate. It’s definitely working cause it’s using all cores now. Tried the unaltered exe again and now I don’t get the framedrops in jig-jig. Very hard to pin down. Gpu and ram should not be too much bottleneck using 64gb ram and a 3080.
@@MalmqvistM They said they fixed the multithreading in patch 1.04, but according to my tests, it still doesn't use all cores without this mod. Not dangerous as long as your laptop can handle a full CPU load (which it was designed for, as far as I know).
