At least they got notified here where i live the last two times they did maintenance they didn’t even bother to leave a notice that the power was getting turned off
last time they had a scheduled outage the power never actually went off so I made arrangements when I could have just stayed home. there was no notice or maybe there was, but I remember checking the website and it said there was an outage after seeing a news story like this and there wasn't.
I'm in Bell Gardens, SCE has an outage scheduled for July 19th 10:00pm until July 20th 8:00am. They are closing our alley that parallels Florence Avenue, we all park in the back, nobody told us where we should park. We already have more cars than parking places.
No wonder people are moving to Mexico. We have turned into a third world country spending money for infrastructure on the military in disquise of helping Ukraine.

Here in the Ie we didn’t get notice until AFTER power was back on. We got an email saying. You had a power outage! No kidding Sherlock.
They sent us a letter for July 1st but our power stayed on the entire day. 🤷♂️
