- Part 1 of the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them Story Pack in LEGO Dimensions. Chapter 1 is titled Accruing Interest.

For people who haven't seen the movie, the opening scene with the letter from Newt's brother is made up for this game. In the movie he's brother is only briefly mentioned.
I wonder if it's an alternate opening for the movie; I noticed the _Ghostbusters: Answer the Call_ Story Pack has some scenes that only appeared in that movie's extended version.

Actually that letter from his brother Perseus is on display in the studio tour in London! It was most likely cut out in the beginning and will be in the deleted scenes on the special features disc at the end of the month.

Whelp, the third movie flopped so hard they scrapped the entire series. Pretty sad considering I liked the first one, two and three really did suck though.

ITs really depressing to think that thanks to Dimensions know we won't get a regular lego game for PS4

I would like to agree since there is still support for the game and since that's the case I'm considering buying Lego dimensions (kinda late) but I don't think they would out of the blue add additional content to the game plus there is already a full Lego game of Harry potter.
There's already two lego harry potter games though
I think they should make a Remake of the game with dialogue like The Skywalker saga

Was newt portrayed by his original actor from the movie in this game? You know they would redo the Lego Harry Potter video game and add content from fantastic Beasts. And wizard duels. And archive audio. And chase scenes. And a point counter.
so did they get the actors to record lines for this or are they just using snippets from the movie
Lines were definitely recorded. There's a lot of things that Newt says that are not in the movie and/or fit with the mechanics of the game.
playing on XBOX360...cannot figure out how to toss the block up to the maze (12:01). It's always been "B" to pick it up and "X" to place it in the maze. But can't get close enough for the "X" to show up.

I have a problem too, I tried to restart the level but it's not working.
So I quit the game, and turn it back on and go back to this level, and it works.
I did it by making one player small and jumping in to the brick, keep the small one in the brick and get a big character to pick up the box, then as one player is closer it'll say X..
That's how I did it anyway hope it helped!
