    Wow ! Basically a fantastic museum experience . A lot of looking and not much buying because of the astronomical prices.Amazing fossils.

      The Tucson gem and mineral show is mainly rocks and various stuff you can buy. When I found all the fossils I was like I am going to be here for awhile :-)

    why is the meg jaw fake only the teeth were real?

    • @craigthescott5074
      @craigthescott5074 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Probably because a jaw has never been found

    • @EnjoyLifeLikeaKid
      @EnjoyLifeLikeaKid  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Isn't the jaw made out of cartilage or something other than bone?

    id need atleast a week there to look at everything individually. that 1 section you looked at was different and various species of teeth im sure. the do not touch sign aswell made me laugh, why not just put them behind a barrier/screen, its like saying 'touch fossil now your able to' 😄

    • @EnjoyLifeLikeaKid
      @EnjoyLifeLikeaKid  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's like who doesn't want to touch a fossil LOL. The teeth grabbed my attention for sure. I was in that booth for awhile just looking around. Like you said could be there a week looking at everything. I know I loved fossils as a kid, and still do, so hoping people would enjoy this video. I have always loved TRex and megalodon teeth because they just say destruction.

      Thanks for checking it out. I have always loved fossils. Here is another dinosaur fossil video I took at the Tucson gem show. Fossils of TRex and other dinosaurs. Someone told me there is a super cool exhibit and I finally found it. This is a 360° video so you can swipe the screen and change the view. For me this was the coolest exhibit I saw at the Tucson gem show.

      @@sH-ed5yf What does this have to do with scientists? This is a trade show where private collecters sell stuff that has never seen the eye of a scientist, an atrocity that is only possible in the US and a few other countries. Fossils that are of scientific and public interest, and many of them are, should belong to the state and go to museums where they can be studied and displayed.
