Our Last Day At Aulani Disney Hawaii Resort! | Character Breakfast, Rainbow Reef Snorkeling & Luau

- In today's vlog we have our last day at Aulani! Thank you to Disney for inviting us on this media trip! We start of with a character breakfast at Makahiki where we got to see Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto all dressed up in their vacation wear! It was adorable and the food was pretty good too! We spent some time exploring the various pools and even got to go snorkeling out in the ocean as well as in Rainbow Reef, the private snorkeling experience only available at Aulani. We ended the night at Ka Wa'a Lu'au which was a truly touching way to experience Hawaiian culture and history. Thank you for watching and we will see you tomorrow with a new vid!

The way Tim looks at Jen (especially at the end when she was having the cute pregnant emotions) is heartmelting
Watching this as baby Jackson is about to turn 1 year old and I just smiled the whole video thinking "They KNEW they were pregnant the whole time!" And no WONDER Jen go so emotional at the luau. Pregnancy hormones rule!
Anyone else watching this after they announced their pregnancy and knowing that they took the picture to announce it with Mickey when they met during this vlog!! So exciting! 💖

And when they met Minnie at the breakfast. She held her tummy . I noticed after the fact! So happy for them

Just want to let you know that in Hawaii all beaches are public and accessible to all people. No hotel can claim an area of beach for their patrons. Thanks for your video. Enjoyed vicariously living through you guys.
They said the pool not the beach so I guess they wear the band because people go on the beach that aren’t stAying at the hotel and there not aloud in the pools
@@sadeward1735 I think she was referencing the part where Jenn and Tim that all the hotels "share" the beaches on the strip. The Four Seasons doesn't own the beach in front of their hotel. Aulani doesn't own the beach in front of their hotel. Marriott doesn't...etc. The beaches are public access, though Aulani can AND DOES restrict the use of the chairs and other equipment.
Jenn...you just seem like the sweetest, kindest person. I appreciate you sharing your adventures with us. This one was exceptionally lovely. Thank you both for the hard work, and long hours you put in every day...it shows.

Not gunna lie, every time I’ve gone to any luau and sat and listened to the stories of the island and the native people I ball like a baby! But it gives me understanding as to why native Hawaiian’s are so protective of their land! They are some the most beautiful people I’ve ever met! They are my extended Ohana!
I love everything Jenn said about the luau. I was a CM at the Poly Luau for a summer and would greet guests. One night while greeting guests with a fellow, very pregnant, Hawaiian luau dancer (in Florida July, might I add) the wind blew off the Seven Seas Lagoon. She stood there with me and had us thank the Earth for the breeze she offered. It was a truly magical moment as we stood in silence in the sunset breeze, and showed the connection the people of Hawaii have with Mother Earth.
Jenn - I started to cry as you told your experience at the luau. I hope to visit Aulani one day soon! Thank you as always for sharing your experiences!
Disney should send you on trips like this all the time so we can see more of these awesome travel videos. Makes me feel like I'm on vacation too! 😁

If anyone is interested. As mentioned The beach and lagoons are open to the public and there is some parking open to the public but that can get pretty busy. The lagoons are quite nice as a bit of a different day trip from Waikiki and quite a few people think they are restricted to the hotels but they are not. The snorkeling is ok but very calm so that's good for beginners. I saw a couple of large sea turtles swimming about which was cool. A far cheaper way to see the area and Waikiki is overall a better place to stay.
I started crying when Jenn was describing the brother/sister story. What an incredible experience to share together. Love y'all so much.

I’m like you, but I think I’m going to start trying to be a little more like Tim 😂

The luau looked so personal and amazing. I feel like this resort was Hawa'ii first and Disney as a supporting magic, and it was awesome to get to follow you guys around!

Jen you made me tear up. We scattered both my parents ashes in the Pacific Ocean. I live in Southern California so lots of family memories at the beach. Oh Jenn, I started to cry with you. I always feel my mom's spirit in the wind. I grew up on lake Erie in Ohio and I would sit by the water and feel her in the breeze. Last day of your trip and being over tired I'm sure too. Healing tears cleanse the soul. 🙏❤🙏

We live 25 minutes away from Aulani and are annual pass holders at Disney World. I always hope to run into Tim and Jen while at WDW and they were here in Hawaii! Even my 6yo daughter knows that I want us to say “and now it’s time to pay the price”. Bummers that we missed them but I’m so glad that they had an opportunity to see what makes our island home so special. Come back again soon!

Woahhh all the different kinds of food looks AMAZING! Was wondering if any know what they used to do for these shows before Moana came out, was there more Lilo & Stitch stuff? Not hating, but just felt that there was an over-saturation of Moanas 😂😂😂😂 Would have loved to see more of Lilo & Stitch + the main gang (outside of just the character breakfast)
feliciakc1 yeah before Moana came out the shows were almost all lilo and stitch, but Moana was such a big hit, they did change a lot of their shows.

Surprising lack of flies. Depending on where you are in the world, the numbers vary, but with that much food displayed outdoors, it's amazing that you don't see even one fly. Paradise indeed.
