May you find help spiritual help. God used people, different people for me. At church the could see how I was so depressed and a sister suggested counseling, thankful there's a Christian based counselors in my church and I was connected to one but God was gracious he used everyone in my church and the church health centre to help me, I even went on over the counter non addictive depression pills but only used them once. But God heals each one differently but we have to reach out for prayers and the Lord will lead someone into a right place. I pray he surrounds you with godly people to pray with you and to encourage you through it all. God bless you and help you receive his freedom, that's already been won, amen.

My father abandoned me and my sibling at a young age and I think that’s why I have anxiety since I was 10 years old and it never really went away it comes back in different forms, people that have a dad like this are lucky and should really count they’re blessing because I never had that

Dear God….I pray that You take away my anxiety, my fear of going places, especially the tiredness that I get after being anxious and then have to take pills that make me even more tired. I pray that You take away the tension neck aches and tension headaches I have been having. I pray that You let me get good sleep so I can fight the anxiety disorder that is robbing me of a great life and hurting my husband’s life as well who is 81 years old. Please dear God especially take away the extreme tiredness that I have so much of even if I did actually enjoy an event (but was anxious beforehand). I pray dear God that You will take away the anticipatory anxiety that I have….that is the anxiety that really hurts me the most. I pray for all this through Jesus Christ, Your son who died for us to have a wonderful life. Thank You for hearing my prayer. Amen.

Thank you Jesus. I was starting to feel stress tripling and hardening my left side and I prayed for myself and decided to type on TH-cam "prayer against extreme stress" and the spirit lead me to this video and a weight lifted as I was listening and I started crying. In the past I've suffered with depression and the Lord helped me come through and in Jesus name it will not come back to me. This morning the Lord gave me a song " depression & stress is not my portion. Love is my portion, joy is my portion. I'm walking in kindness, I'm walking in goodness. Gentle of heart, humble of spirit, by the Holy Spirit in Jesus name. I sang it too before coming her and God is good. Thank you it is my first time coming across this ministry. I thank God ❤.

Amen. Been taking medication for 15yrs. But the last 5yrs i have last my ambition and drive i used to have. Always feeling tired. Sad and unhappy most of the time. I don't find it worth going out. I stay at home. Lost confidence in myself. Then came menopause just added more. Picked up weight which made me feel even more depressed. Then the migraines were so bad. I just got by day by day. Try harder to get thru. Cry on my own. I no longer was independent. Have no income coz i don't know how i will feel the next day. Took all my happiness and joy away. Where i don't feel at home anywhere my children find this discouraging from THEIR once business woman. To one who gave up on life. Relationships dont work. Men expect women to be in control of their lives. So loneliness was a part of my life. Constantly in pain. If not not my chest my migraines. Hormones replacement were used. I had to desire to go out there i feel i am not worth it ANYMORE. Life is kinda doomed. My only high light i still BELIEVE in miracles. I believe in my Saviour Jrsus Christ. But not myself
