The reason music videos have parts of music that aren’t in sync is the editors fault for not being a musician. He puts those clips together.
And since it’s the bassist or drummer usually out of sync, or atleast most noticeable, the singer doesn’t care or know their parts either so he doesn’t spot the mistake. The director isn’t a musician he won’t spot it either. Only the band will after a few watches and that’ll be too late.
