This was honestly my favorite russ. When he was on the wizards he would just have the weirdest statlines (ex: 13 points, 21 rebounds 17 assists) or (20 points 22 assists 13 rebounds). He was pure chaos, but it worked when the team was healthy. I miss number 4 😕
as a wizards fan i feel like i’m the only one who actually loved this team. i also loved the 19-20 team even though we were terrible since beal was electric, the crowd was actually into it (omg beal 50+ vs milwaukee was wild), and it was right after the new broadcasting cast and court floor. i loved the 2020-21 westbrook team since we started out horrible, 17-32, and then came all the way back to be the 8 seed!! i really had high hopes for the 2021-22 and i was sad to see him go but at the time i thought the westbrook trade made us a lot better and was excited for our new guys. the team started out 10-3 and i was so so happy but then things kind of feel apart. every once in a while i look back at these times and the highlights also because it makes me reminiscent of these years and how outside of basketball these were the best years of my life. man i miss this.

I just love the way this man attacks defenses! Very old school style player! Definitely not the modern day nba model....😁 I hope Coach Darvin Ham unleashes Russ and let's him fly around.... He looked lost in Bron's pace of play...
