@@panda-yw6hz , I think in a team, there is always a representative to speak. if the woman can explain it thoroughly and precisely about a subject, usually they avoid crowding a discussion if it's not a panel. she acknowledged and thanked him still. it was a smooth explanation and i think that's what they wanted to attain.

This small one bedroom condo unit has turned into a classy and luxurious space conforming to the likes of an artistic person like Heart. What a beautiful condo. I like everything except for the curtains. Too many curtains for a small space. It darkens the place, and the atmosphere feels heavier. And when you cook, the smell would stick to the curtains. It would be nicer if the designer used a nice wallpaper or small shelves to brighten the place. Just my 2 cents.

Robinsons condo has changed a lot. I remember when their turn over unit didn’t even have a toilet bowl. Maybe that’s why it is mentioned here while to other developers, this is a given na. Not really impressed with the layout but love the interior design. 😊

Well, maybe I have mistaken the proportions of the space...but to have a cooking area so close to the curtains which create the bedroom area is not so hygienic...imagine how many times you have to clean them...over and over again...maybe some sliding panels would have been much better in my humble opinion.
Probably so, but watching Heart's lifestyle, she doesn't really cook. It's Chiz who does the cooking. And one thing I noticed with her too was that when she's working with her staff, they mostly have food delivered. Her condo I think is meant as a private workspace especially for doing content photoshoots for her work requirements, and being in Sapphire Bloc where most of her clients/partners (those luxury brands) are located is also very convenient for her. So I doubt if she'll even use her stove.
@@regizar you must be right. I wrote that comment because during the interview they mentioned the fact of cooking, she said she cooks and my first thought was "oh no those curtains will asorb God knows what!" 😄
She can use the rangehood tho 😁
The only change I want in here is the work chair. Maybe higher backrest. The bedroom was amazing.

Interior design is something I love studying. I can’t wait to build a custom home in the future. Actually, I would think it would be a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom because people live with more than one generation. 🏠Gusto ko ang mga nakasabit na bulaklak. Rosas ang paborito kong bulaklak at ang paborito kong kulay ay pula at coral o salmon
The tv cords are hanging and so tacky. It should be tucked in behind the tv.

What I also love about this vlog is that, it released the inner hosting skills of Heart. Ms. Astrid and her partner are beautiful artists. Kudos to both of them and to Heart. It's really different when you let an artist work on his/her craft. What's more beautiful here is that interior designers are able to express themselves as well. The way she explained everything in a soothing voice and simple yet sensible words speaks so much volume of her personality. You don't have to raise the tone of your voice to be persuasive, let the context of what you are saying create a change.
