Far Cry 3 Ultra High Settings with GSYNC 1440p PG278Q 144hz

I have almost identical specs as you (i7-6700k, 8gb RAM,PG278Q, gtx1080), I just did a fresh install of win10 and I get stutter in farcry3 a lot, I tried to play with settings in NVidia control panel, v-sync, g-sync, on/off it all looks stutter almost the same

maybe you should turn off your xbox Game Dvr. I've heard that this game dvr makes some games stutter or lag.
