Nvm my previous comment. I think they used (Primary) tag for Feng Mao by mistake. Still they mean his basic attack going from 85% to 80%
They do a decent enough job on hero balance. Problem is they ignore the reason people leave.
No mention of role section before queue, Fixing matchmaking and having role specific mmr, Making a better surrender system, fixing minion agro or jungle diversity. Changing leveling up in ranked. Skin prices being obnoxious.
Sadly they don't seem interested in fixing the actual issues of the game that have caused all my friends to quit. Thanks for the video though.
Balance patch usually very simple I wish we got more details for v1.1 though...
they really dont tho its a complete shitshow grux is the most dominant solo laner if ur a melee theres nothing you can do to him untill lategame and he gets buffs??? i dont even care anymore i just want 1v1 ranked
