By good karma. Do some good deeds with no expectation of reward (material reward)
Your spiritual reward would be grace and redemption of some bad karma

Karma is nothing but unfulfilled experience, desire, guilt and desire to experience.
If an experience is fulfilled the karma disappears.
If any living creature is capable for reproduction then that creature is brahman
