Both Gunners were on it not letting anyone get away with crossing the lines. That old man approaching both horses like that is lucky the Gunners held back on what could have happened. It made my day though truly do love these Gunners. Keep up the awesome work.

I might be somewhat dull! I have never figured out how to convert the Celsius to Fahrenheit. I saw a very simplistic way. It is usually off by a degree or 2 but it is ballpark so I can know about how you are feeling John when you are out and about. One takes the Celsius like 6 you said, double it to 12 C and add 30 and you get a round about figure of 42 F. Not an exact science but close enough for me. 😊
I have a thought about the lines , maybe if there were decoratiive post put on the lines near the wall would help people to realize the purpose of the lines .
I have had the same thoooought... however I realized that any kind of post close to the horses could be a danger to the horses when/if they have a meltdown.
I have never noticed a donation box in your videos. In the US fireman once a year or so use their boots to ask for donations for a great cause. Perhaps a shined boot might make a great donation for the guards as well. I know I’d be happy to donate when I visit. Happy New Years to all. 🎉

Any monetary gifts are passed on to The Household Cavalry Foundation that supports serving personnel , veterans both two and four legged .
