I have travel 3 times whit FANTASIA. All of them where fantastic. I love this ship. I have travel many times whit MSC . Always great but FANTASIA to me is like home.❤

Currently on the Fantasia 12/30/24. The ship is terrible. The crew is ambivalent. The food is atrocious. My kids can’t even get a basketball or soccer ball for the sports area. Thankfully the destinations are fantastic. Over the last forty years we have sailed on 47 cruises on 10 different cruise lines. This is by far the WORST!!! !!!!!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Been on Fantasia 15-22 dec 2024. Top crew, they deserve respect. Beautiful true looking ship. Spotless. Wonderfully kept. I will chose her again for my next cruise for sure. I feel for the staff who have to keep smiling with sad people who should just simply not embark at all.
@ ofcourse the crew should be respected regardless of how ineffectual they are. By the way. The crew doesn’t smile. The crew doesn’t know their own ship. I’ve witnessed crew arguing with each other. I’ve witnessed crew being berated by their superiors. The crew is very poorly trained. No guidance. No orientation. Sail Royal Caribbean. Don’t waste your time with this cruise line. This is the Spirit Airlines of the cruise industry. Sail at your own risk. I doubt you’re an American so you likely won’t get the reference. By the way. Your comment is very suspect.

Couldn't agree more. MSC Fantasia was the worst cruise I have ever taken.
