There were hints through out the start of the movie. They were twins, no face was shown, and the biggest part was during the pawnshop scene. He was extremely hostile to the guy that bumped him. A hero would have shrugged it off and act like it was fault.

Felt like Cheap remake of the karate kid of jackie chan/ jaden smith.
Throws two kids and the boy realizes that stallion is samartian 🤷‍♂️
Villain wanna be suddenly crushes two things then all the unknown people in the crowd start wearing spider man masks for him and run around.
Every few minutes samartian destroys something having a meaningless anger moments.
No depth in storyline,
Things are randomly happening,
Cops are useless
Villain squad goes burger shopping 🤷‍♂️
Main antagonist needs a 13 year old for gods knows what plans 🤷‍♂️
The only thing good about the movie is the cinematography.
