    Gotta admit the styling was way ahead of it’s time, perfectly executed

    I'm glad Hyundai didn't make the Tucson as big as the competitors, since there are people out there that prefer a more compact SUV than the Equinow and Journey.

    Hyundai is doing what the competitors CAN'T..making a stylish flashy car packed full of features for less than anyone else...BORING toyota, Overpriced Honda and that other company (nissan) can't do anything to compete...

    Any 2.4l still on their original engine?

    • @leotide1990
      @leotide1990 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yup, but it’s cause these were the non-GDI Thera II engine and constructed differently - they haven’t had remotely the same issues as the ones in the 2011 Sonata, etc.

      my mom's 2009 kia rondo 2.4L has 221k miles, original engine and transmission.
      I'm 6'3", 202 lbs and fit in it great. I wish the steering wheel had telescopic function though it still fits me great. i had a 2015 kia soul with the 1.6L, automatic. original engine and transmission. sold at 267k miles. it was a big mistake to sell it. i can't wait to get another kia or hyundai

      @@dinguskhan9969 wow almost 200k, I just changed my alternator cost was $500 labor and parts a bit high but back on the road again. Now ar 115k miles

      @@sabugdalantx the upside to that is.. new alternator! Shouldn’t have any further problems if you drive it right. I should trade mine in on a newer model.. but, is it dumb that I like this one better? I’d also like to think it’s possible to keep her running for twenty years, try and slide her into a classic car status for the future lolz not even joking.

    what a beautiful and reliable car. I'd trust it more than I would a Ford/Lincoln of the same early 2010s era 🤷‍♂
