DEFINITELY! Without a doubt... I am looking to have something either on a trailer or inside a truck. Something wood fired with the option of gas (maybe) But yes, as of now, I use 2 roccboxs for my pizza pop ups, but there is something magical about wood fired ovens. Zio Ciro is amazing, I am excited to use my buddies this week. I will be making a decision after Pizza Expo in August.
@@michaelgrimaud4778 Valoriani make great ovens you should look at them. The baby 75 could do 3 pizzas at a time. Gas and wood options. Zio ciro have a 100cm version which maybe would be even better for a business.
This video was before I received my first roccbox. The Ooni Karu is more of a leisurely backyard barbeque family time type experience. The roccbox is more of a Pizza Machine tool lol Since this video was recorded, I now own 2 roccboxs for my up and coming pop up/catering business. Unfortunaly the Ooni just doens perform like the Roccbox in a high stress atmosphere. However, I still love my Ooni Karu, but I look at is as more of a "home" solution, and beat the crap out of it. Whereas the Roccbox is more of a commercial solution .
The pizza Station? Honestly, I am more happy with it than I ever thought I would be. I highly recommend. You can also add more containers since they are standard sizes. So prep ingredients, and fridge them til ready for use! I love it!
would you consider getting a real oven from Italy like the Valoriani or the Zio Ciro? I am considering them now.

So I thought you said you were going with Roccbox? Did you decide the Ooni was the better option for business?
