"I was born in Chennai in a multicultural family with different genres of music and with friends from diverse backgrounds. I’ve always been fascinated with the wonders of life. As Mawlana Rumi says - “There are a thousand ways to kneel and kiss the ground; there are a thousand ways to go home again”. The video's main character Amal was created with such experiences of mine and the longing to explore the unknown. I hope all of you find your own journey of the unknown.
Special thanks to Lata Mangeshkar Ji who has been my inspiration to sing and thank you for personally taking the time in calling and giving me your kind compliments and showering me with your blessings.

Sufi song and most of Sufi, bhakti instruments develop in India ...its a part of india....stop treating it as outsider , it's develop in India culture.... technical it's belong to India.
@@justfun9971 actually sufism is about connecting ohr hearts with the god... And cleansing our hearts from all the evils.... Through zikr e ilahi.... The pioneers of sufism came from kazakhistan iraq damascus mostly and settled in the land of india

@@abduladil7332 yes idea of Sufi zikh established in Spain and middle East but actual development happen in India ....khaja mouin udin Christi, Kaja baktiar Kaki, etc are example of Sufi route that developed in India ...and try searching amir khusrov one of the discipline of famous Sufi Saint(I didn't remember his name) has founded many rags and musical instruments (one of them is sitar)..... technical it's part of India

Converted Muslims have more pressure to associate themselves with Arab culture. Burqa and Nakab is a Arab culture it predates islam. No where in the Quran it says you will be muslim only when you wear burqa or niqab else men must also wear it, this is why it is women oppressions. It only shows that native arabs were oppressive to women.
