I have two coffee grinders, one for coffee beans and one for spices!! I also use Lawry's 25% Less Sodium Seasoned Salt when I can. The food looks so yummy.🐔🍗

G’ma Rose here’s an 3 ingredient delicious recipe that’s low carb and low fat !! “ Faux Alfredo Cabbage Casserole “ 1-Med head of cabbage , chopped or sliced & separated 1- Stick of butter cut into pats 1- 8 OZ block of Creamed Cheese cut into small cubes S & P & Garlic powder to taste Preheat oven to 350 Spray a 9x13 or larger baking dish ( depends on how much cabbage you have , a deep dish works best to hold the cabbage )put Cabbage in sprayed dish ! Evenly lay on the butter pats and Creamed Cheese cubes over the top of the cabbage ! Season the top of cabbage with S&P & garlic powder! Cover with foil sprayed with non stick spray and bake in 350 oven for 45-50 minutes , or can use a slow cooker on low for 3-4 hrs or high for 2-3 hrs or until cabbage is tender but still has some strength meaning it not soggy , I start checking about 1&1/2 hrs in if cooking in slow cooker so as not to over cook -Do Not stir during this until done to your tenderness satisfaction , I don’t like soggy cabbage so I lean to a firmer texture !! When done stir well to make sure all the cabbage is covered in the sauce ! Sauce will be like a thinner Alfredo sauce as it leave a creamy layer on each piece of cabbage and delicious !! I also like to serve with crispy bacon sprinkled over each severing on the plate ! This is so easy and delicious and i love it with fried cornbread !! This re-warms well in the microwave per serving and for convience !! I hope you’ll try this wonderful recipe I know y’all will love it ! ❤️🙏🙋🏻🌈🌈

Another trick if you don't have or don't wish to use molasses. Add some maple extract to any sweetener you use, mix.
