- The Kola Superdeep Borehole is a decommissioned Russian scientific drilling site located near the Russia-Norway border. The project's primary purpose was to drill as deep as possible into the Earth's crust, eventually reaching a record-setting 12,262 meters depth. As of 2024, the Kola Superdeep Borehole remains the deepest human-made hole on Earth.

How about some numbers? "It's very hot." How hot? "They missed their goal." What was their goal?
Their goal was to reach the mantle
A lot was said, but there was still no information shared.
"mariana trench isn't even near as deep!"....40K compared to 35K
5,000 feet difference is quite a bit. Yes, the trench is very deep, but this man made hole is still a lot deeper.
My guy Lynette was very enthusiastic
😅😊😅
What is this? A tabloid video? Clearly someone who can’t decide how many holes they have in their body (are a man or a woman?) is a great person to tell us what we need to know about the hole.
ROFL
Nice merh pipe on the desk
One thing you notice from images in the 60s and now is global warming 😅
Ice is completely gone.
You mean climate change right? Global warming is so 90's.
If there were adequate government they would probably make some value out of this project, but it's abandoned... Because the only real reason for it was the competition with USA in anything
Amazing
I remember reading a book by Thomas Gold called The Deep Hot Biosphere. It was really interesting!
ELF waves made all of it obsolete. Now they can see/manipulate everything in the crust.
What? No mention of the real reason they stopped and got out of there... LOL. Of course, I'm talking about the myriad of Kola Borehole TH-cam videos claiming that they heard screaming voices from the depths of Hell, got scared, stopped the drilling, capped it and abandoned the site.
There's also a theory that their drills started to melt
"so remote, extremely dry conditions..." What on earth is he on about? Its wet, very wet. Puddles and pools everywhere. Hardly the desert is it.
Impressive
That is a man.
💯
I thought the channel switched
And also a historian, why here?
They just had to throw him in for SJW good boy points.
What in the clown show is this.
Thank God we got the military scientists take.
😮
I love planes
Birds ain’t real
Past is present is the future. As the video documents Ryssä in a decaying state.
Amazing accomplishment indeed but the fact they just left this place abandoned is disappointing!! What I mean is it’s littered now with buildings & trash. HUMANS are ruining our planet 🌎 & this proves it again. Respect 🫡 it & clean it up as it was when you first built there.
I can't stand litterbugs.
Your one of us! You also bear this burden. Also the effort to remove the buildings would be incredible for a failing government
Plastic layer?
The rock wants to melt, but the pressure won’t allow it.
I wonder if the heat from that sealed pipe could be connected to homes for free heating 😊 don't just stand there Russia go build a small self sufficient village in the icy barren land.
nice . V
History channel is the same what the point
man made duh
What the hell does feet mean?
You have these things on the bottom of your legs that you use to walk. You might not have noticed them yet.
Also, it’s a unit of measurement 12 inches long.
@@rabbitttz a baguette is a unit of 5 buns here in europe

What is 39000 ft?

8 Mins in, Big OOF! Didnt realize I was subbed to the Soyence Channel. Im out
Later❤
"The rocks are no longer rocks!" Very valuable take there, obviously this person was included for their intellectual insight 😂
this isn't an airport, no need to announce your departure bud
