Don’t stop making these videos , Rick. I , and I’m sure all of us, look forward to every single one . Your expertise and passion for everything that you do is unmatched. Thank you so very much….
The greatest chocolate experience I ever had was a apricot chili de arbol dark chocolate truffle. It was amazing, it had everything you ever wanted in a truffle. I'll never forget it.
Fantastic episode! I love Mexican chocolate. Tasted several delicious, earthy, and complex chocolates outside of Merida in Yucatan and also in Oaxaca. Yumm! Need to visit now and replenish my chocolate & mole supplies!
Rick! Great episode! I'm looking forward to making the chocolate margarita. And I'm pretty sure I've made the Mexican chocolate cake but with candied anchos added to it. I call it Mexican brownies, just need a scoop of vanilla ice cream. :-) Thanks Rick!
Dear Rick: Nice episode. Now, i live in Montana and won't be traveling to ol' Mexico anytime soon. Sooooo, where can i get the real Mexican chocolate that you have profiled? And...........is there a source for the real Mexican chocolate recipes? -Tankx Mucho😊
I am a big fan of the chocolate program at Sleepwalk - they are a company based out of Chicago bringing in chocolate from Tabasco. If you are looking for a drinking chocolate mix, however, it would be hard for me not to plug the Xoco chocolate, which is also from Tabasco and ground in-house. That's in my YT store!
🎉 Hi Lanie ! Always so excited to learn from Master Chef Rick Bayless 🧑🏼🍳 . I wanna drink hot chocolate from those bowls. 🌺everything looks mouth watering! I wanna make those truffles for sure😁

Just do a Google search, Amazon is not a bad source...
I use Ibarra chocolate(not Mi Abuela). I found it easily at a Mexican grocery store.
