    We spent 2 days and 1 night on the Aspira cruise ship and had such a fantastic time. There’s so much to do, from kayaking around the stunning bay to dancing the night away singing karaoke (yes, we needed a bit of Dutch courage for the singing!)
    This was our first overnight cruise and we were even upgraded to the executive suite which was amazing. We can’t rate this trip highly enough - the only downside was having to leave!

    That's a fancy cruise ship. Better looking and better service than many hotel, let alone the jaw dropping view.

      Yes it really was! It's definitely better than most hotels we stay in for sure!

    I have watched both videos of your cruises, hmm.. the difference is obvious, absolutely different level. Thanks, really informative as we’re going to Vietnam in February and now I definitely know what cruise we need, I’m really impressed with the Aspira. There will be three of us travelling, I hope the cabin is good for a family of three.

    Heya! First of all, thank you so much for being the most enjoyable to watch of all the ha long bay cruise reviewers, and for actually showing the ship and doing a thorough review! My partner and I are planning to do this cruise and we were wondering which suite did you guys choose and how much did it cost? Thanks!

      Glad you liked it! Ours was actually the executive suite but we were upgraded for free. The junior suites start from around $160 pp and the executive suites from about $280 pp 😊

    Thanks for mentioning the connecting rooms, I think they call it family suite, so I booked it, next week, 3 days - 2 nights for 3 people, including return transfer, total just about US1,200. I really appreciate your info provided in this video.

    Thank you for the video, super helpful and we are thinking of booking with Aspira! Do you think 2 nights would be good or will 1 night be plenty? Thank you!

      We had a great time on the one night and I think that is sufficient but two nights will be a much more relaxing experience. Hope you have a great time!

    Another great and informative video. Do yo have any thoughts on tipping on these cruises? Did you tip a the end or during? Did you feel it was expected and lastly would be curious of your opinion on how much?

    • @twotalltravellers
      @twotalltravellers  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Cheers! Tipping is not a part of Vietnamese culture and we never felt a single person pushing for a tip in the whole month we were there. That includes this cruise.

    Hi we have booked this cruise for our coming journy i have a question is it ok to bring beer or other drinks into the cruise or not

    • @twotalltravellers
      @twotalltravellers  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey, it is not allowed to bring alcohol on board to make you purchase the alcohol they have. Do they check your luggage or the mini fridge in your room? No. We hope you have a great time!!

    Heyy guys, was the food exceptional enough for the splurge or so-so?

    • @twotalltravellers
      @twotalltravellers  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We think the food was better than so-so but whether it's worth the splurge is difficult to say. The whole experience is worth the money but if you are going specifically for the food then that's very subjective. We loved the whole thing and were pleasantly surprised about the food.
