Hello I have these engine new in box to install in a fockewolf. Why do you recommend modify the intake and carb?? And what changes if I change only intake???

Juan, the stock intake does not deliver equal amounts of fuel to all 3 cylinders which results in cylinder 1 running lean and hot while cylinder 3 runs rich. This leads to a dirty transition between low and high rpm. This new intake provides better fuel delivery to all 3 cylinders resulting in better throttle response and cylinder head temps that are more equal. Hope this helps you out
