Two outstanding basses! Two of my favorites! I haven't had the opportunity to hear Tim sing anything since "The Sing-Off." This was a rare and absolute treat for me to hear. Tim and Wes both have phenomenal range, but my kudos for depth and resonance have to go to Wes in this instance. Wish I could see the two of them do this in person. It seems like it is that much more inspiring!
Very late reply but wes was out of tune. It seems that he tried to put so much weight in his voice to impress tim but failed as his voice didnt sound well. Tim on the other hand can comfortably change notes from high to low or vice verca
I've never seen Tim so evenly matched except for maybe Avi. I think this shows how the walls of Jerico were brought down. All the Basses just caused it to shatter when they were marching around it and singing. Wow that's pair of basses right there.
I think this video broke my cheap computer sub woofer! WOW! Love that bass! I'll have to listen to it on my much bigger, much more expensive home theater sub woofer to see how many dishes I can rattle out of the cupboards. Thanks guys! Great rendition of this song, love it!

This presentation of such a profound Bible Hymn should not be done in such a WORDLY way! Songs of praise are to worship our HOLY God and should not to be done seemingly just attract the secular world to come into the church! We are to reflect God's holiness and love to them. The truth's in the songs and the respectful way they are sung will bring a person who our Lord is calling to come and see that the Lord, He is good and greatly to be praised!

So, Christian praise can be defined as the expression of gratitude and respect towards God, especially in a song. God also has told us that we are to have great JOY in Him. In John 15:11, Jesus says: “These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.” His grace abounds in us, which means it is far, far bigger than we are. Grace is a gift to us, from Father God, given through Jesus. The word grace, as used in the scriptures, refers primarily to [unearned] enabling power and spiritual healing offered through the mercy and love of Jesus Christ. Just knowing that gives me GREAT joy. How should one celebrate joy? This video is a good picture of both praise and joy, in one song. Glory to God! Amen!
U said it. Here's a good example of two bass singer variations, a basso-cantante and a basso-profundo. I wish there were clips of them talking, naturally so we could hear the difference in their speaking voice.
