Please take care to book this hotel. In Jan, I tried and found out the room is too small, I request to pay and get a bigger room, rejected by the hotel even they have rooms. And Today I duplicate boking because the booking system error, again hotel refuse to refund.

Yeah in Japan it's not easy to change rooms or reservations, gets complicated and language can be a barrier. They wouldn't even let us change our Kaiseki dinner date.
