I am sooo pleased that Andrew the Honda manager responded like this, it’s exactly what I expect from Honda. We bought our first Honda in 2003. I was extremely impressed when we had an accident in the Netherlands and had to go to a local Honda dealer. My gosh, in a stressful situation you could not wish for better service, unbelievable, they didn’t even know us, and nothing was too much for them to support us.
They are all panicking that the arrival of EVs will leave them with thousands of cars they cannot sell. The reality is that EVs will not sell because of all their problems
The manager Andy of Honda is a top man, very well trained as a manager and certainly knows how to de-escalate the situation.

I think UKMTT is in his own league, perhaps with Reggie Photo, to the point that many of the videos fall into the 'wind up' category.
