We had a garage sale once after my dad passed and I'm glad you put that tape around your backyard. Two days later a neighbor told my mom the garage was broken into & we all remembered one guy that went into the garage but there wasn't no one allowed in the actual garage anyways they stole my dad's nice rims that dude was the only one that seen where they were and of course we didn't know who he was. Glad you guy's did well at your sale.
I just have to say I’m one that likes going to garage sells that have shit just every where. Because it’s the fun in the hunt. If I see a garage sale that is all organized and proper I pass them most times because I figure those one want a ton of money for the items 😁
I think like that too. But my husband always makes things organized at or both at the flea market and he just about gives things away. I always tell him just leave things in the totes but he won't.

My best find is a wood crate from Seattle, with "Waterfront Fish & Oysters" in the garbage of neighbor that had the address on the box and dated in very early 1900's. You guys are so fun to watch. I agree that garbage picking can be therapeutic. Can't wait to see baby Finn. Love the kitty's too!

Anyway, that guy that told you about the online auction had the name wrong, it's What Not, not What Now, and other re-sellers are making tons of dough with the 30 second auctions and clearing out lots of stuff. The guy was talking about storage units auctions my son buys units on auction he bought a unit that was a nice on for 67.00 and made a little over 700.00 off the same unit at his friends and his auction.

Dude! Just gotta say something about your coffee brewing technique - coffee grounds first then water. Ideal water temp should be between 90 - 96 degrees celsius. Brew about 4 minutes then slowly push plunger down. Thank me later 😉 Great yard sale, fun day! Yeew 🤙🏼

So, when you do the next sale save the first bill you get fold it into a triangle shape and don't spend it throughout the day of your sale. It's supposed to bring you good luck on your sale. Just a little advice Sammi, try not to gain too much weight. I gained 20 lbs with my 1st which was the recommended amount back in the late 70's. I had no problems, a very easy pregnancy & no stretch marks. My 2nd one I gained 30 lbs, I only got 1 little stretch mark at the top of my bellybutton. It was hardly noticeable. I did notice more back pain the last 2-3 mos. with the 30 lb gain. Now my daughter gained over 50 lbs! I kept telling her she was going to regret it because the skin can only stretch so much in a short time. She kept eating 4-5 times a day with in between snacks. One day she woke up with so many stretch marks. She was alarmed. She showed them to me & I said well there's nothing you can do now. She was all depressed but she got over it quick enough. She said well they're there now & kept eating. I told her, you can still get a lot more baby if you keep eating the way you are. She said I'll just get a tummy tuck. I laughed, and said with what money? She said she'd figure it out. She never got one & they faded over time but they're still there. She had another baby about 18 mo's ago (and he is the most adorable baby ever!) She didn't get anymore stretch marks because her skin had already been stretched from the first one. I also don't think she gained as much weight. She gained a lot but it didn't look like as much as the first time. All I'm saying, just keep the weight gain in check for your health & everything else. The baby weighs only between 7-10 lbs plus water, etc. So 20-30 lbs is all you should gain. I fit right into my jeans when I got home from the hospital, they were a little tight. I could zip them up but it took a few days for me to be able to button them up. You're tiny like I was so I don't think you'll do too bad. In fact I know you'll not only do great, you'll do fantastic! Because that's who you are! Both you & Tucker will always be & do fantastic! I don't give you advice to try & make you feel bad, if I ever do, I apologize. That's never the intent, never never, never. I only give advice because I care very much about all of you. That will always include baby Finn from now on. I know I'm just one of 1000's of your viewers that have come to know & love you through your vlogs. Love you both! 😍👍🙏👍😍

So, when you do the next sale save the first bill you get fold it into a triangle shape and don't spend it throughout the day of your sale. It's supposed to bring you good luck on your sale. Just a little advice Sammi, try not to gain too much weight. I gained 20 lbs with my 1st which was the recommended amount back in the late 70's. I had no problems, a very easy pregnancy & no stretch marks. My 2nd one I gained 30 lbs, I only got 1 little stretch mark at the top of my bellybutton. It was hardly noticeable. I did notice more back pain the last 2-3 mos. with the 30 lb gain. Now my daughter gained over 50 lbs! I kept telling her she was going to regret it because the skin can only stretch so much in a short time. She kept eating 4-5 times a day with in between snacks. One day she woke up with so many stretch marks. She was alarmed. She showed them to me & I said well there's nothing you can do now. She was all depressed but she got over it quick enough. She said well they're there now & kept eating. I told her, you can still get a lot more baby if you keep eating the way you are. She said I'll just get a tummy tuck. I laughed, and said with what money? She said she'd figure it out. She never got one & they faded over time but they're still there. She had another baby about 18 mo's ago (and he is the most adorable baby ever!) She didn't get anymore stretch marks because her skin had already been stretched from the first one. I also don't think she gained as much weight. She gained a lot but it didn't look like as much as the first time. All I'm saying, just keep the weight gain in check for your health & everything else. The baby weighs only between 7-10 lbs plus water, etc. So 20-30 lbs is all you should gain. I fit right into my jeans when I got home from the hospital, they were a little tight. I could zip them up but it took a few days for me to be able to button them up. You're tiny like I was so I don't think you'll do too bad. In fact I know you'll not only do great, you'll do fantastic! Because that's who you are! Both you & Tucker will always be & do fantastic! I don't give you advice to try & make you feel bad, if I ever do, I apologize. That's never the intent, never never, never. I only give advice because I care very much about all of you. That will always include baby Finn from now on. I know I'm just one of 1000's of your viewers that have come to know & love you through your vlogs. Love you both! 😍👍🙏👍😍
