ABOUT ME🧚♀️
Hi! I’m Sukanti! I’m an ex-therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where I studied mainstream psychotherapy and worked in various clinical settings. Coming from another angle entirely, I am also grounded in Vedic thought. I speak from a background in Bhakti Literatures such as the Bhagavad-gita, Bhagavat Purana, and other essential bhakti texts, etc. I studied this literature while living in an ashram for four years.
I am passionate about history, and draw from traditional cultures as far back as Vedic Society in India over 5000 years ago, to the Vikings, to Georgian England, to present day.
My channel covers the intersection of history, culture, and lifestyle, so if you like that kind of stuff, please subscribe!

This video is something we definitely need in these times and I really wish more channels existed like yours your videos bring me peace, calmness and give me extremely valuable advice on how to navigate in this anxious world.. one thing which I would truly appreciate is, if you could please make a day in your life, or share your calendar and planner with us so we can learn from you
Thank you so much for this heartwarming comment ❤️ if you check out my video “a homemakers peaceful & productive start to the week” it is similar to a DIML - I am planning to do more of those types of videos 🤗🤗
Thank you Sukanti, for me as somewhat older, this was a great reminder of how more natural our lives were before this technological era. And to embrace the pro's of both eras all we need is to be more mindful of how and on what we spend our time. Thanks
💕 agreed, and I also like the point to embrace the pros of both!
Thank you for sharing :)

Hi, from your thumbnail consisting of a Harmonium picture to you playing it and having such a pretty voice to every text u mentioned in the video, you have gained a new follower
❤❤❤
💗💕
Good.
Thank you, CJ!
My smartphone stays indoors until I come in from working on my land. As I'm creating natural builds for guests, I want to stay in the present and fully in charge of my thoughts. Moulding clays and lime, carving greenwood and creating art, I need 'flow' and that can't be achieved with phone or laptop on standby, or playing in the background. Good ASMR on your video, BTW 🙏
Thank you for your lovely comment. Sounds like you’ve got a great system going! All the best 🙏🏻😊
#filmed on my iPhone 14
There's so many people that should listen you,but ironicli they so absorbed of technology that they don't even time to listen a few minutes what people like you reminding that life is short and beauty
Thanks for all your lovely comments 🙏🏻 so kind of you, yes I wish more people could take a break and see the beauty of life away from these devices, but the only way I can get through to people is through the internet 😅
Great video! If I may ask, what’s the name of the accordion-like instrument? I’ve never seen anything like that
So glad you liked it! It’s a harmonium. It’s an instrument popular in India. Very fun!
