Someone IGL need either a teammate that support or a killer mindset. Thats why we see timmy gen enemy team up was so great to see.
Design is not a great fit for timmy igl play style. Instead of confirming or offering option. He made his own decision. He needs to change asap.
Not gonna lie, I can barely understand Timmy sometimes.

I feel that way about the new CEO, i try to be listening but bro be lisping. He my guy though.
Dezign and timmy igl difference. Its clashing. Gen listens but dezigns doesn't. Idk why they vod reviewing during their scrims. They should do it after and focus on the next game.
Tim didn't make a single bad callout in that game. Dezign 100%, the whole time counter calling everything Timmy called out. Gen supported Tims calls because he knew that was the right thing to do. If you play apex, you know if you sit still too long you will get smoked out, all that effort to be safe in a game of lucc is not smart, you don't know what's going to happen too many variables. Swing or be Swung. Tim stayed active and capitalized on everything he saw moving and gen supported. If dezign did the same thing they likely roll everybody in that end game. It's like dezign was on a whole different game plan. He wanted to play safe and hunker down, timmy wanted to capitalize on everything and roll everybody. I understand why Gen was frustrated I'd be too. If Tim wants to IGL he'll have to learn that the leader isn't always liked by his peers, but they trust his results. Meaning he's gotta put his foot down and put dezign in his place if they want to make this 3-man work. Before season started Gen was already on board letting tim IGL the only one getting in the way is dez.
The comms from both Dez and Timmy were some of the worst I’ve seen in a while
Dez counter calling speaks for itself he should know better, Timmy yapping sweet nothings cluttering the comms entirely, half of that was useless, Gen is right, they were just yapping.
To try and act like Timmy wasn’t a problem in the entirety of that is straight up brain dead.
He’s inexperienced, these mistakes will be made while he gets acclimated to the role but he absolutely has to cut the comms down to short precise moments unless absolutely needed, right now he’s just caught up in the momentum and vomiting out calls.
@@brotheriguana "Brain Dead" I'll keep it simple then. Tim = IGL; Gen & Dezign = Not IGL. Tim is comm'ing how he always comms, he can do that because hes trusted to be the IGL. No comm is a bad com by the Leader unless we lose and that is on the "leader", performance on the "leader". The team should only be comm' ing information to help the Igl make decisions and then commit to the decisions (the way Gen does). Not giving commands and counter calling the leader (Dezign does this not only in just this game). They won due to Timmy and gen's playing, cohesively and having the skill to handle business. Gen is holding things together because dezign won't commit to his role because he wants to be IGL. When they play with another player Gen & Tim, their comms is smoother, they play smooth, things look way more and sound way more efficient. When they play with Dezign its not, and dezign usually dies first and frequently in a match because he commits to his own decisions and doesn't listen to Tim. I can go on and on as to why Dezign is crutching there performances even though they are doing so well, because I follow the team progression. A leader should always play to how he naturally plays and how he naturally comms, it's for the team to support their chosen IGL and clear comms or give useful information so the IGL can process and make the best decisions because when we lose it's on the IGL and when we win its the team. All this Tim is inexpierenced is buns, hes been playing the game for years and is one of the best there is, somebody has finally given him a shot and they have been winning and performing great with the addition of Gen. This team could roll champs and win if dezign does what Gen does, commit to his role and shoot his gun.
