Only recently started listening to your podcasts lads.
It's been a great comfort, I'm 10 years into getting help, for a belief of worthless and self disgust amongst other stuff.
Just even being a northsider added to my feelings of evening less than, because of peoples predigest towards norries.
Listen to such open and honest lads willing to face their fears and bravery to be venerable online for the greater good to help others is such a beautiful and powerful thing.
It's very soothing for me to know I'm not alone and that I'm quite similar to yourselves in ways.
Wish ye all the best in the future lads and hopefully ye find time in the future to add more help to others once ye get day to day life back in order after the podcast life.
