I think the semitonal shift was especially needed due to the dark tone of the entire fight itself, this guy is literally trying to kill himself because he doesnt like what he heard. Not to mention he cant even speak to the characters themselves, only the player from what i know. It could also help by adding microtonal shifts on certain notes to make it sound truly desperate and miserable. I think the "Dont Forget" Motif should also be raised to a higher tone to induce a strong feeling of hope. Remember the power of musical emotion, it goes a long way.
I can totally imagine this boss fight, it’s based on old cartoon characters so it would fit in perfectly with a tv themed dark world. He ties into the themes of being forgotten and discarded since he’s an old black and white cartoon a format that’s considered very outdated. And finally his concept includes a weird speaking pattern and we all know how much Undertale and Deltarune love their weird speach patterns

this is my favorite take of copy-cat panic yet, the instrumentation, no. EVERYTHING IS JUST SO CLEVER??? especially the old tape audio at the start the, tape roll thing i don't know what it's exactly called but.. those things used for old films ILOVE HOW IT SOUNDED IN THE SONG youtube deleted my comment for some reason but i'm going to have to say this the. fact that this is inspired by my remix made me feel. i don't know. it's this indescribable feeling i felt when i first saw it again you outdid yourself here neko, the art. and everything GOD BLESS YOU MAN.

to be fair the lore of this guy is that he couldn't handle the information that he was given, so he's literally trying to kill himself, but the fun gang prevented that, and now he wants to take them with him, hence one of the title cards from the original video "LETS SHARE OUR FATE TOGETHER." It seems like a really cool concept and not too far off from what toby might do with another character, and would be an interesting concept for him to pull off.

@@NekoTape I mean since the boat in the original video was going fast enough to catch up with him, when the balloons popped he probably hit his head on the front of the boat and then floated to shore. So he couldn't swim because he was unconscious.
