Great haul! It's always good when the boat cleanup is worth the catching. I catch lobster up here, Grilled Steak, Lobster, and Corn is exactly how we hope to end the day up here when we go out.
@@TugTrashOutdoors absolutely. Turkey season ends this weekend. So I will be free until deer season opens back up. Then it's back to being wide open tracking

Stone and blue female crabs full of sponge was cool to see. Early in your season down there for sure and a nice vid, with a great meal to boot. YUM YUM !
We are coming to Florida to go crabbing and steak grilling with y’all. I can’t get the marks off my phone after this video. Stay safe and really enjoyed the video.
Great video Ian & Krystal! What an awesome video that went sideways on where you wanted it to go. Too bad you had to suffer with stone crabs. Lol. Delicious cook on that ribeye, made me drool. I sure had a good laugh when Krystal cringed throughout your crab cracking. Thanks for sharing!!!
I love all these videos. Reminds me of back home, but we put a little bit of white vinegar in the boiling water. It’s supposedly makes the shells easier easier to crack or separates the meat from the shell inside.. Keep it up, brother.
Since you mentioned the Bluefish dip, I've commented several times the last few years about my experience with cooking Bluefish using a buttermilk marinade (actually, I used a substitute of regular milk and lemon juice. Let marinate for 24-48 hours. Sounds like a idea for an episode I'll bet none of the other Florida TH-camrs have done. How I cooked it was with diced tomatoes, onions, ranch dressing, and fresh dill. DELICIOUS!
That's weird! Studies show the survival rate is higher if both claws are harvested. With 1 claw they're more likely to continue to fight for mating or food. With both claws taken, they hide till they grow back, increasing their chance of survival.
Loved the video! The food looks amazing. Keep up the good work. If you can make it to the west coast of Florida you should let me take you fishing in the Gulf. Red Snapper opens soon.
Oh my lord! Ian, that was the best looking meal you have ever cooked. What I would give to set down to that. You and Krystal are the (REEL DEAL). Thank you for allowing me to come along. God Bless you two.
Hey Crystal if you like you who’s make your own at home with just Hershey’s chocolate syrup and bottled water that’s all you do is shake it up put it in the fridge and let it get cold and you save about three bucks a bottle enjoy🦀🦀🦀
Back in the 80s we gathered horse shoe crabs for the eelers.and we ate right out of cape Canaveral while we camped out. Never got tired of it either, great video guys
I love balsamic vinegar and salt pep and garlic powder on my steak the vinegar really helps flavor wise and also slightly tenderizes the steak... I never leave the grill when a steak is down its whats called in math a cascading event gotta get it perfect
That is a beautiful dinner! Stone crabs are soooo good. Those steaks were perfect. One of my friends used to put a branch of green oak leaves under the grill on top of the coals for steaks. Yummy
Kinda glad I found y'all. I've mentioned in a later vid I'm a transplant from Mo., right at 6 years so I'm still learning about some of the saltwater harvest. I even created my own job on the water for 3 years netting and trapping live bait to sell on the water and to a couple of stores, along with some other seafood items. Didn't renew in June though, couple of medical issues to get out of the way, then see. Have only pulled up a couple of stone crabs, was in season but not knowing more than that they went back in the water. Know the regs since then, but not the cooking and eating. Now know. I'm just across the state from y'all, gulf side, run the PCB to Port St Joe areas. Similar climate, different regs on some species.
I'm gelious 2 of my favorites Steak and Stone Crab. I'm cooking spatchcock chicken tonight and was wondering about the sides and after seeing the grilled zukes thats going to be one. God job guy's
I just love you guys:) What a great day, crabs, pups and awsome dinner!!! Thank you for every vid you gus make;) I've never had stone crab, I think I'd be after the steak!!
I wish that I lived down there but I’m from Michigan so limited . We can’t even collect clams. I have one shell that is wide open and it probably over 6” long and it’s probably about 50 years old. Love your channel brother 👊
Hello Ian & Krystal! Great to see even more content from you both. That was so awesome that Krystal found that baby seahorse and returned it back to the water.
Loved the video! Sorry I couldn't join you for the meal! Your episodes always have good content and I like your format. Keep on doing what you're doing!

Loving your content!!!!!!! Spent all night last night watching your videos. Found you through BlueGabe. Wish I lived in Florida where I could catch and eat all the seafood I could handle. Keep it up Tug!!!!!
Just 2 claws from that monster crab would be a meal! I learned from watching the Arrington's if you put a dash of white vinegar into the crab boil the come off the shell much easier and it does work great!
Like I've said before if your leftovers are missing that's me lol Just be glad I'm a Yankee up in the NY or you would be missing a few things from the fridge 🤣
Great job tug man and mom the last video that had the frog gig. How come you didn’t take the backs off them frogs almost hurt my heart to see them. Good job, buddy.
I have never eaten stone crab, how does it compare to blue crab? I see that they have a lot of meat in them claws and knuckles and it looks amazing. And it was funny watching the two of you dodge each others splatter from cracking the shells.
$39.00 a pound last year here in NC..... This year they are $9.99 a pound. I have no idea why. Nice video. Stay safe out there. We appreciate your service. 😎👍

Man I’d trade for some Lobster!
My uncle is a lobster trapper in Maine. It's hard work, but GOOOD eating!
I take my zucchini, wipe them down with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic salt and dry ranch seasoning, then on the grill, OMG.....so good!
Great tip!
Smoked fish dip. And venison summer sausage with some sharp cheddar cheese is definitely the best boat snacks
I got some summer sausage in the freezer! We got to get together and fish this summer 🤙🏽

Is interesting seeing the different regulations per state. Like in Texas, not only can we only keep one claw. We can only keep the right claw.
