If you have genes from past down from family that has trauma. Even though you haven't experienced it personally. Could you get it all out of the genes. So you will experience the emotions of trauma of someone else in your family.

My students film it so they aren’t always experienced at angles etc plus they are watching and not all looking through the camera. It took me a long time to understand how to get good angles etc
