You know the scanners have GPS so technically every scan is traceable to the destination it was scanned, which is why I find this method of “fraud” so stupid. But the underlying issue will be duties expanded to become unachievable (to save money), lack of staffing, turnover of new staff (due to the physical work involved, and overall worse contracts than more senior post persons doing the exact same job) & staff unwilling to do the overtime (which is there right after an 8 hour shift). The vehicles alone are not fit for what customers are ordering (parcels and lots of them), as many are 10+ years old and don’t provide the space for these new demands, in turn leading to parcel being left in the depo. And when comparing DPD Amazon DHL to RM isn’t really a fair comparison, add mail deliveries to any of these companies and watch them drown, remember when TNT tried to deliver mail in London, watch that video.
