As a former pastry chef, I have high expectations for desserts and this met my expectation. Most restaurants don’t put too much creativity in the last course and sometimes don’t even have a dedicated pastry chef bc they don’t want to pay for a pastry chef

Either high blood pressure, or it's the traditional case of food service-related alcohol shakes. Seen it a lot working as a line cook in various restaurants. The line cooks especially get it, as they go out and drink heavily after each shift, for years at a time.

@@jules11788 he is not a line cook and in Greece we don't drink hard !! One or two times this happened to me and I don't drink more than 10 beers a Year !! It's not everything drugs and alcohol,relax !! In Greece we work crazy hours in food industry with half the staff you need and with kitchen that almost don't exist !!! I was in Austria France Germany and I know the difference. I was human again !!
