Firstly Ixx should be 18300000 mm4 and Iyy should be 1410000 mm4 and spacing should be 197.5164 mm and the spacing that you are specifying (92.68 mm) is not form the tip of the flanges of the two channel it should be from outer web of one channel to the outer web of the other channel section in case of face to face built up channel section. I might be wrong. Correct me if i am wrong.

Yes, Your moment of Inertia is right, That should be corrected, but the later on i am finding the spacing between inner tip distance. as per your calculation Spacing is 197.96 (which is the spacing between outer top fiber of web) in that case inner spacing would be somehow 47.96mm.
