Well dormicilliary is better, because you can withdraw and sell to exchangers at your own rate . But access Bank which I have a Dormicilliary account with now don't process cash inflow from Payoneer again.

No, minimum withdrawal to your bank is $50… but you can’t transfer to another payoneer accounts till $1000
