My C-tug kick stand broke off. I like your approach to the problem here. I didn't think about fabricating a new one out of PVC. How did you remove the entire assembly? I can't twist it off or puch it off. Cussing and spitting at the damn thing has not worked for me either.
That is a bummer! I think C-Tug may have intentionally made the kickstand a li'l flimsy to increase the chances of selling another kickstand 🤨. So I've actually had to pry the C-Tug apart with a flat blade screwdriver at the seam that runs diagonally between the pieces. Usually it will pop apart once you widen that gap. Once the pieces are apart the old kickstand should fall out. Good luck!
Thanks for watching and appreciate the compliment. So the carabiners are my attachment system for the C-Tug. I explain in greater detail in this video: th-cam.com/video/ZJc9JNA_P7g/w-d-xo.html Tight lines!
Thx for the encouragement! I dunno...I should probably try to work up some type of 3d print design or something so it would be easier for someone to reproduce on their own. It's still working really well though!
Thx for watching! So check out my other video where I explain that-- th-cam.com/video/ZJc9JNA_P7g/w-d-xo.html. It's basically a modified (and I think superior) attachment system for the C-Tug for my uses.
Interesting idea. Thx. But, hey, forget apologizing for the wife’s banging a chair in the background...it is the noise of the guy taking a really long piss starting at 2:36 that is really distracting. 😉 Tight lines.
😂😂😂 So much for the ambiance of my koi pond fountain I guess. LOL. Real talk tho, that sound of that fountain increases my need to pee by about 10 times anytime I'm outside. Thx for watching and no pressure or anything, but please feel free to leave more comments as funny as this one! Tight lines to you too!
Excellent that you took time to fix their engineering problem. C-Tug should really be embarrassed. The kick stand is one thing and assembling the straps are yet another fiasco! And now found another issue....the wheel pins are so hard to click into place that I need a hammer to un- click it! It's totally a lemon! Great concept but totally garbage! 😔
Oh man, I thought I was the only one who had problems with the wheel pins. I cut my hand one time trying to get one to snap loose! I think it's still one of the better cart designs from a hull adaptability and ruggedness standpoint. But yeah, there are some low spots that need to be addressed. Especially considering they've got new competitors in the cart market. Thx for watching!
@@kayplainsdrifter136 yeah I've had numerous carts So why do I keep it? Because to ship it back is yet more money down the tubes. I wanna like it. It's light and breaks down ...I get it ..it's up to us to perfect it! I really apologize for the rant! Lol!
Howdy! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you...I'll consider this, but I'm not sure it would be cost effective for both of us. I'm not really set up to do this efficiently. Thx for watching and your interest!

Okay, okay...sheez! 😆 I'll put some thought into it this weekend and look to see if have all of the materials I'll need. I think I may have a way to speed it up a bit too.
Makes me think I might be able to modify my El Cheapo Cart to fit my Coosa. Great Vid!
Heck yeah man, go for it! El Cheapo is my favorite brand! Thx for watching!

Nice video! Why do you have carabiners hooked to the stand with cords?

C tug really sucks to my old town ap 136. It always slipped off.
Hey thx for watching!
Yeah the CTug is super durable, heavy duty little cart but the attachment system is def a weak point IMO
