44:17 Whether he was mimicking the lynel or surprised by it, that's an accurate reaction.

"Yes, I'm going to 100% this game."
    *Completely misses obvious Maiamai.*

I've always loved how the Maiamais squeak in rhythm along with the item jingle.

I love how Link just smashes his head against the wall with the Hookshot.

Did anyone else notice the Maiamai cheep along to the Got Item Fanfare when obtained?
Don't think many people care about it, but it's a nice li'l edition.

It's way past the point of anyone caring but Vinny's comment about the Zelda timeline kinda ground my gears. There's literally ALWAYS been a timeline. Zelda 2 was a direct sequel to Zelda 1, LttP was a prequel to Zelda 1, Ocarina of Time was a prequel to LttP, MM obviously a sequel to OoT, LA was stated to be a sequel to LttP, and WW obviously is another sequel to OoT. The only issues are 1) the Capcom developed games OoA/OoS/Minish Cap and the Four Swords sub-series weren't made with any other games in mind except their own sub-series and 2) The amount of stuff being shoved into the era between OoT and Zelda 1 was getting to be ridiculous, so Aonuma adopted the timeline split fan theory and made Twilight Princess, Phantom Hourglass, Spirit Tracks, and so on with that in mind.
But anyway what I'm saying is if you disregard everything after WW, there's one very clear, very literally stated sequence of events, and even putting in TP, ST, SS, etc. with the split is pretty easy to understand, but people see "split timeline theory" and immediately roll their eyes thinking it's all fan speculation, when it's only the small, minor details and problems with the non-Miyamoto and non-Aonuma games that fans squabble and theorize over. Ironically, Miyamoto is the one who put most of the connections and story in the first four games in the first place.

I agree with everything said here. But, I have a question.
Where do the three CD-i games fit into the timeline? ツ
No, but, seriously, this is entirely true. I remember the "original timeline," myself. Everything got really complicated around the time of _Majora's Mask_ and the _Oracle_ games, though, and things got even _more_ weird when an _official_ timeline split was added, much less _two_ of them. And, here I am, still stuck in the _"OoT, MM, LttP, LA, 1, 2"_ timeline mindset…
