      Corn flour, when referred to as finely ground cornmeal, has a slightly coarser texture compared to corn starch and is granular in nature.
      ** Note : In some countries, like the United Kingdom & India corn flour is synonymous with corn starch.

    I have a gluten allergy so I've never tried these cookies before. Do you or anyone else know if there are any substitutions that could be used in place of the wheat flour?
